Pathetic attitude by call centre staff

I was called by foshini from a number that doesnt exist when I call back ***) demanding I pay my mothers account today or tomorrow. I ask why is she calling me when I normally pay on the 2nd or 3rd via the online portal.. she said I was only asking and cut the call. <br> This is ********!!! and still they charge me like R13 or something for the call... ***????<br> I expect a ****ing apology for this pathetic call that ruined my day and on top of that, they asked for my mother and I asked how can I help.. NO verification, NOTHING!!! The main reason why I never shop or will support this ****** group!!!
