Passing of Acoount Holder

Good Day,<br> <br> My mother died in August 2014. I visited Foschini in Ellisras to notify them of hear death. I completed al the forms that was given to me and I handed in a certified copy of her Id and death certificate.<br> <br> My dad is still receiving Accounts and she was handed over and they raised interest on her account? My Dad made an enquiry with Head Office they weren't any help. Myself phoned Ellisras branch they said they will look into the matter and its 3 weeks later and not even a phone call.<br> <br> This matter is really upsetting.
