Parcel ****** by Employees

I've recently bought items online at foschini and chose the click and collect option. The order was confirmed and delivered to the store Sportscene, Clearwater mall and I received notification to collect my parcel. Upon arrival the employees pretended to act stupid and claimed that no parcel had been delivered. I spent endless hours phoning online support, customer services and pargo who all confirmed once again that my parcel was delivered and signed for by one of the employees. I returned to the store and informed them of this and it then that I found out my parcel was ****** by the employees working there, who later offered to give me money around the corner. Since then I have received no help form online support or customer services. It's honestly disgusting. If I could give less than one star I would.
