Pam is the Future

I had submitted an insurance claim at Markham where I bough the phone, when weeks passed with no feedback and after I had complained on Hello peter and still no success, I remembered the person who helped me dearly a few months ago, Pam, I decided to give her a call, to my surprise, when I told her who I am, she just remembered all the details from the previous claim and politely asked how she could help me...<br> <br> I have never received service so fast and so professional, a person who goes out of her way to make sure the customer gets assistance... I so wish TFG could have more Pams, atleast one in every branch, life would be so much easier and customers would be so much happier.<br> <br> Big ups to Pam, please don't change no matter what, its people like you who keep us remaining TFG customers, you are highly appreciated, I hope the TFG head office knows what they have in you and treasure it. <br> <br> God bless you abundantly
