PAID UP LETTER

I was handed over by Foschini last year because after retrenchment , I couldn't pay account. On the 05.10.2021 I managed to pay off account and I emailed proof of payment. On the 07.10.2021 I called Daly corporations and the lady told me payment was allocated and I will receive letter and other lady told me after 8 weeks. I then called TFG on the 08.10.2021 and the agent logged a query for me but today 11.10.2021 when I called TGF again the lady I spoke to told me there's no information that shows that i called in, and I was supposed to receive letter already last week or today. DALY CREDIT AND TFG COMMUNICATIONS IS NOT THE SAME-and the agents blame each other for incorrect information provided. My request is simple I paid in full as per request, CAN I PLEASE RECEIVE PAID UP LETTER AND CLOSE OFF THE ACCOUNT. Thank you
