paid up letter

I have a Foschini Account and was handed over to Daly credit corporation for collection of payments.<br> Prior to that I had requested that Foschini debit my account every month and they failed to do so because of System issues.I was not aware that they are not debiting my account until Daly phoned me to make payment arrangements.I made arrangement and paid up the account but now they refuse to clear my name on ITC and give me my paid up letter.Instead I am told that I need to make more payments.This is really not exceptable.When payments where demanded I was told I would receive my payment letter immediately.
