Paid up account shows amount at the credit bereau
I had an account with Foschini which I settled on the 1st August 2014. I asked the cashier to check for My settlement amount and She said it's R990.00 which I paid and received a till still which shows R00.00 balance due. To My surprised i've just realised that Foschini has listed Me on the credit berau for R103.00 which I don't know where it comes from because I still have a till slip that says I don't owe them. Can someone help Me here because this is definitely reflecting bad on My name.
