PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT BUT I AM STILL LISTED

in may 2013 i paid off my focshini account which was at the time handed over to Eastorn Berry Attorneys , they provided me with a letter which i emailed to tfg on the 20 may 2013 for them to remove my name from ITC. early this year i tried to apply for credit from a financial institution and was surprised to find out that foschini says i still owe them , i am so frustrated because i have been calling them almost everyday and i am taken from pillar to post , on the 20th may i called (***) and was told somebody will call me back the next day , nothing happend , until i called again today and i am told to email the lettter again and my name will only be removed next month from ITC , i cant wait that long ,i have already waited 2 yrs for that . foschini please do something .
