Paid my Foschini account in Full on February 22/2018

Please contact us on ***or *** without further delay Foschini has now taken me over to their lawyers. How does Foschini do their business can't they check their records of my last payment or purchase so they can see I paid the full in February 2018. What is going on here? Please do check my last payment.
