OVERCHARGED AT DONNA/FOSCHINI ONLINE

I bought online from donna and hi online on the 22nd of November. I bought 3 items from donna, they were R159 each and bought 1 item from hi that was R125. All the items i bought amounted to R602.00 upon check out and my invoice was R602.00 as i was paying with my account. But my account was credited multiple times with different amounts. Under my orders clearly states i ordered once on the 22nd which is true. I've sent multiple emails to ********** . and ive called multiple times to customer care. No one is willing to help me. This is really bad service.
