Over charging customers without their signed consent

<p>My mum has a foschini account her last balance R120 then when I went to pay the balance to our surprise she owed close to R600. She went to enquire at the JHB branch regarding that amount she was told it's for the insurance and for legal pro of which we she did not agree to or rather gave consent for. And she was given papers to sign so that it could be removed but the account is still in arreas... And this matter still hasn't been resolved</p> <p> </p>
