I want to salute Foshini Gillwell mall, East london for their excellent customer service. Special thanks to Ron-Margo Sias. This lady needs to be recognised for her great service, she was absolutely marvellous, so friendly and understanding. Retail stores need more people like her. She makes walking into that store so pleasant. From the way she answers the telephone to the way she follows up on point. I thank u Margo! You deserve a reward for outstanding service dear.
