Outstanding Refund

On the 28th of November 2025, I returned items I had purchased on BASH. B***2-01. I returned 9 units but kept 2 items at their store in Sandton. However, my refund was R389.40. I enquired why it was short but nobody was able to assist me at the store regarding this matter.

This amount may may not be much to Foschini but its a lot for me and most importantly that’s my money. I’ve sent numerous emails and been to their Sandton store multiple times with no assistance. I’m truly at a loss now.
