Outstanding customer service from Foschini CW!

I visited the store twice in a space of five hours today, 24 July 2015. The consultant Kaylee at the main desk assisted me very efficiently as she ran upstairs to fetch something for me and still had a smile on her face throughout. I left the store feeling really great:) The second time i visited to purchase some jewellery, Jermaine in the jewellery department was really helpful and went the extra mile to ask if he could cut the label off the ring for me even though he was busy on the landline. Such service is scarce but truly appreciated, keep it up Guys!<br> Michaela
