OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>After having such bad service my faith was restored in an expectional person Shannaz Eksteen from the Gateway branch. Although the matter was not their problem not once did I hear her complain or re-refer me. She instead assisted me over and above and that is what you call service. The matter in which she handled my query was professional the time she took to listen was incrediable she just saved a customer and made me happy. You know in the short space of time she called followed up and ensured I was satisfied and my query was resolved. You know we need more people like her decidated and passionate about service.
