Out of Stock / VERY unhappy about service

After searching since before winter for a pair of decent black riding boots, i found a pair at Foschini Cresta Shopping centre that i LOVED, only to find that they only had a size 4 left, the very helpful staff helped me to find a size 6 at Greenstone on their system and they arranged with the Greenstone branch for me to collect it on Saturday the 8th of August - i don't live close by but rode to Greenstone only to find that the staff had no idea what I'm talking about, then they went to look again and found the paper in the box of the correct riding boots with my name, size 6 and that it was a call from Cresta that asked for them to reserve it.... But in the box was a size 3!!!!!! Meaning the lady had kept the wrong size and sold the size 6. The lady responsible wasn't there on Saturday but i am grateful to the staff at Greenstone that did assist me. However i found it quite shocking when they suggested i have the size 6 from the vaal sent to greenstone for me at the charge of R50, that's not a lot of money its the principle this was their mistake, am a loyal foschini card holder and didn't expect this from a retailer such as yourselves. I guess i will find my boots else where.
