Order that was cancelled after being handed over to couriers

Why would you cancel an order from my orders after I have paid and it was showing that it was handed over to the courier this doesn’t make any sense so this could be someone took since everyone wants it I don’t understand how can you accept the order of the bag then later on when I am supposed to be receiving it it’s cancelled I am very disappointed I need the bag please do something
