Disappointing Experience with Foschini

I placed an order with Foschini during their Black Friday sale last Friday, and was excited to receive my items today. Unfortunately, the items delivered were completely incorrect. I immediately went to the Foschini store in Rosebank, hoping for a quick resolution, but was met with poor customer service.

The store refused to exchange the wrong items, and when I asked for the correct items, I was told that they could not honor the sale prices as the items were no longer on sale. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given that I made the purchase during the sale period, and the error was on their part.

It seems that Foschini is not willing to take responsibility for the mistake, and I am left without the products I wanted at the price I expected. I expected much better service, especially after making a Black Friday purchase. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
