Order B***-01 placed on 22 June 2023 has just been paid

Good morning TFG Bash Teasm

I placed an order online last Thursday, 2 separate parcels were supposed to be shipped to me. I received the Sportscene parcel, however, my THE FIX parcel is now stuck at the Canal Walk store since Monday, after I requested this to be delivered to my workplace and not a collection. Otherwise, I would have opted for this option, if CW was closest to me.

This is a fair disadvantage to me at the moment as the parcel has not even been collected from CW and I need these shoes for a wedding on Saturday.

I would like to empathize that I am not able to collect this parcel all the way in cw today and tomorrow as I am working all day and I live more than 50km away from CW.

I expect this parcel to be delivered to my address by 3 pm tomorrow Friday 30/06/2023.

I've lost all trust in the bash team.
