Online shopping technical error nightmare
Online shopping = absolutely the worse experience . You can never log on ... the site keeps giving you a technical issue error ... it is so frustrating that I cannot seem to do anything on the site ...and calling the call centre is of no use either . They shouldn't even have an online shopping option . ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
