Online Shopping restrictions

I have been trying numerous times to get assistance from the shop in order for me to able to shop online. However, with failure, there's a block on the account that is restricting me to shop online. I have contacted almost the entire value chain of that company to get assistance and I'm being told that there's a problem on my account and unsure what it is. It's going for 3 weeks now , I am so unhappy.
