Online Shopping Nightmare

A truly terrible online shopping experience. The website doesn't run smoothly and upon ordering, I received an unnecessary amount of emails relating to my order. When my order arrived, each item from it was packed and shipped individually. I received one shipment that was just a pair of R30 eyelashes. This is extremely wasteful and eco unfriendly. A lot of what I ordered was incorrect and some even damaged. To return these items I had to phone the call center and individually list every item I wanted to return and their SKU code which was tedious and unexpectedly archaic for an online store. I've honestly had better and easier experiences with small businesses 100 newer and smaller than Foshini. Now to wait for my refunds...
