Online shopping issues

I purchased clothes online shopping using my tgf account money was deducted from my tgf account even an online shopping agent called “ khanyisile” confirmed that yet when I try to track order it says my order has been cancelled because there was no payment ( and I paid it was confirmed I even received an email saying payment was made ) now since my order was cancelled yet I paid can you please give me my full refund back
