Online shopping

I made a purchase online and selected the eft option to make a payment. Payment was made and it was via a link given by tfg. Now my order is cancelled and says I did not pay. Money is deducted from my account and shows that it was payed to tfg account. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed because I called helpline and given incorrect information and nobody can help me. I'm so angry right now as I'm being sent back and forth
