Online Shopping

I placed an online order on 22/04 which Foschini claims they will deliver within 5 days. They delivered only 3 items of more than 10 and claimed that they have delivered the rest. After numerous calls they refused to assist and blamed me for them not delivering the items. They are *********** and do not know what is going on in their own business. They are also rude and drop the call when they are unwilling to deliver items that are paid for. Very poor service.
