Online Sales a shambles

I bought quite a few things during the Black Friday sale, one item in particular was refunded as 'not available', when I checked online a week later it still displayed as available, ordered it again, week later again came back as unavailable, lo and behold it is STILL on the website, most sizes are available, but it is no longer on sale...

Another parcel has been "at warehouse" since the 2nd of December. There was another issue with wrong sizing on the website, but that at least could be sorted out with a branch. Nobody comes back when you mail them, neither online sales, nor customer services. You receive an automated response and that's the last of it.

I'd be very wary of ordering online again.
