I am struggling to get boots that I am seeing online that they are or sale and I went to the store that shows its available but the store managers are not assisting me. I even called them to provide a code so I can come and collect them. Online the boots is available at Soshanguve crossing the phone keeps on ringing with no assistance. What is the real use for online service and customer service
