ONLINE PURCHASE

I'm so annoyed with foschini online bought a jean on 24 May 2020.......on the 10 June 2020 I called their customer online checking when my jean will arrive they told me the jean was lost on their courier company I will get a refund. Up until now I haven't received my money. Tried to inbox foschini numerously on their page they respond saying they will call me since the 11 June 2020 no calls from them and no refund. I'm so annoyed with Foschini service
