Online purchase

I write this complain with a heavy heart, since Friday the 29th making online purchases has been a nightmare which I fail to understand why no one can assist, I called call center to assist because it wouldn’t allow me to proceed to check point. I spent hours, airtime, and data, login in to pc because I was advised by one of your agents that I cannot make the purchase using my device, but nothing work. I took that hard pill that I’ll miss out on this year’s items. Yesterday I decided I want to give it another try but only that it allows me to do everything but right after purchasing when I edit my delivery address it loads for hours, I spent hours again trying to make a purchase that was unsuccessful. I am not happy at all, what Is the point of me having these online facilities if all they do it take take take from me and I get nothing in return, I want my order from yesterday processed by COB, I want them in that sale price. What ever the glitch is with the site is not my problem. Kindly see to it that my request has been met with.
