Online Promotions

Very disappointed with my experience. There was a buy one, get one free promotion, and I added two bags to my cart, but only one was invoiced and delivered. When I raised the issue, the agent assisting me made me feel like I was mistaken, which was frustrating and unprofessional. This is the second time this has happened. I’ve lost confidence in the service.
