Online orders: Wrong size, wrong items, wrong everything
I have never seen such level of incompetence. It’s beyond me how people can make mistakes like this. And it’s not the first time but will certainly be my last purchase with the Foschini group.
I ordered two items on sale online and both came in two wrong sizes. This was for my maternity photoshoot in a few days. I have never been so disappointed in services provided. Are your employees well? How does this happen twice?
Such incompetence. Do not buy from the Foschini group / TFG online unless you have time to play with your money and with your time.
