Online orders

Lately I have had a bad experience with TFG online shopping.I ordered two items on the 6th of October, they delivered a wrong item.The second item I had to sent an email as it was over 14 days only to be told 'sorry' they had to cancel it.I don't think I will order again.The experience is disappointing .
