Online Ordering: Sending a Nr 18 instead of a Nr 10 - how do you want me to wear this?!

The online ordering department really needs to pay attention when picking and packing their shipments.

How do you expect me to wear a number 18 top when I ordered a number 10

Yes - they give you the option to return the item - with no option for swop out and then you need to order again?! This process will take longer than a week of which I do not have....

So at the end of the day, I am sitting with inconvenience, disappointment and I need to take out extra money to get this fixed.

Isn't Online Ordering there for the consumer's convenience?! Especially if you do not have the time to physically go to the shops...... Is it that difficult to just send the right order?! It was ONE item.......
