Online order not received!

I placed an order on the 24th September which consisted of 2 pairs of shoes. I collected 1 pair from the store of my choice however I did not received a message for collection about the 2nd pair! I enquired in store on the 9th October and they said they were unable to help me and I must wait for a code. The online team eventually got back to me on the 21st October saying that my package was delivered and I can go collect. Here I am thinking finally but when I get to the store I am told that there is no package and the person mentioned by the online team does not even work at the store! The store then phoned the online team and was told it was possibly sent to an incorrect store and they will contact me regarding this, a few days later and still no feedback. I then emailed the online team, to which they rep**** on the 25th October and advised me that my package was delivered to a store in Port Elizabeth, my choice of store selected is in Johannesburg. To date I have not received any feedback and I even sent another email but no response has been received! Such pathetic customer service!
