Online Order

I have placed an order on the 30th September 2020 - I have been to Exact in Westgate mall about 4 times to go check up on my delivery and was told that my parcel has still not been delivered. I am really unhappy with the services, as i have emailed Foschini's customer care 3 days ago and have not been assisted
