I ordered shoes online and paid, few days of waiting got an email saying they can't find them from any of their foschini stores, they said a consultant will call to arrange refund I wait till I decided to email still they send a LinkedIn for refund that link is not working it gives me a number to call I call the number doesn't go through I need my refund as I paid without any problem, tfg online you nonsense
