Online foschini account application

I app**** for an account online via the foschini website. I had to input my ID no and physical address as well. I received an sms asking me to upload a copy of my ID and bank statement to *** which I did. I haven't received any confirmation of receipt. I emailed again and have to date received no response. I am concerned that someone now has my personal info and possibly will commit ***** with it. Please be careful of this site.
