One2One - Pathetic Service
TFG uses a trade partner for month-to-month contracts: One2One. After speaking to Sophie from One2One on the 14th March 2019, I was assured that the contract I was on, would be cancelled within a month from the call and that the process to get it back to prepaid would be done by phone call. Following calls, and waiting for someone to answer, and after several emails to both One2One and TFG Customer Care email boxes, my number is still not on prepaid as yet - ********** 446.
I am utterly disgusted by One2One as their "customer care" is non-existent. Send them an email and you get an automated response. I, then, believing that TFG would surely help a customer of 20 + years, I was informed via email that this was forwarded to the "relevant" people.
To anyone reading this, kindly DO NOT use One2One. A contact centre that cant be contacted.
It would be interesting to see how long this takes following this post, as it is now 16 days out of Service Level Agreement.
If anyone bothers to take this seriously, herewith my contact details: Mr C.R. Varathan alternate contact number: ********** 292 Number in Question: ********** 446 email: ********** or **********
