Firstly the Foschini head office bombards you with calls, up to six times per day, up to 6PM. I eventually picked the call up and started shouting. Regardless to say, the lady started crying and I ended up signing up for a port and MTN top-up contract. The port happened over two weeks ago. They couriered a sim card to me, and I notified them on 10 September that in stead of delivering a nano sim card, they delivered a normal sim card - which they insisted on activating first before sending me the correct sim card, free of charge, within 5 working days - that was two weeks ago. On Wednesday last week they (a guy called Byron) called me on my alternate contact number to ask for a alternate contact number. They must be drinking on the job. I was threatened with a R500 cancellation fee and that I will lose my number when I eventually flipped on Friday last week. I was promised delivery of the sim card today - guess what? I will do anything not to receive another phone call from Foschini EVER and even more to get this problem to disappear and costs reversed - even if it compel me to blow up the Foschini head office to rid the world of this nuisance.
Best regards,
Best regards,
Not only have they continued with the contract, up to June 2016, they increased my credit limit with R2000 and continued to bill me. When i spoke with the consultant at one2one she said that she was new and was not sure which recorded conversation she should listen to and that i need to speak to customer care to determine why the credit limit was unknowingly increased.
