one2one cancellation

On the 17th of may 2015 my one2one contract expired,I phoned them to request my number to be put back on pre paid. My number hasn't been working since. I have called Foschini several times to find out what is happening. They have been sending me from pillar to post. All I want is my number back ,and it is my right . I have been using their one2one service from 2009. They give me false information, they told my number is back on pre paid all I need to do is to Rica my sim card again . I have done so at 2 different Mtn outlets,both told me that I still have a contract with foschini. I phoned again on Tuesday morning , I was told to Rica my sim at any TFG store. I did that and I am still waiting. If I was owing them, they wouldn't mind calling me everyday but now that I need service im not getting it. I am beyond fed up. I WANT MY NUMBER BACK!!!!! I have given them alternative number but no one is using it to contact me .
