one2one cancellation
One2one is implying that I have a contract with them but they have never sent any airtime to me. Now they don't want to cancel the contract stating that there are terms and conditions. What terms and conditions that I have to follow if I have never received any airtime from them since 2013. They have been taking my money through Foschini without rendering any service and now they have the audacity to talk about terms and conditions.
