One to one contract
A thank you to one to one call centre agents, Nobuhle and Lusanda for assisting me when i cancelled the contract. i was refunded the airtime value of R120 which was lost when the contract was terminated a day early, on which i had R115.87 at the time. Nobuhle assisted in such a professional manner in getting my simcard back in the mtn network. And yesterday i just called in and was assisted by Lusanda to swhich also provided the same professional service i experianced with Nobuhle.<br> <br> Thanks you
