One of the best services I've received
I went to Foschini Westgate and saw this beautiful blue Luella bag and I bought it after a few weeks it broke and I took it back. I didn't think they would assist me but I met this lovely woman called Connie. Wow she was of great assistance. She asked if I wanted a full refund or if I wanted to exchange the bag and I told her I would like to exchange the bag she then exchanged the bag and made sure there were no faults.
She knows how to treat customers and ever since I only do my shopping at Foschini Westgate.
