One 2 One sucks big time

Utterly disgusting service, how can a simple Sim swap take a more than 2 weeks, I did a sim swap on the 31/03/2021 as I lost my fone, I get the data from one 2 one department monthly so I couldn't go to MTN, after the Sim swap was dobe6i was advised 3 days everything should be fine, to this day nothing has been done I've been to the Foschini store in parow center more then 10 times in this short and just got excuses after each other, I went to MTN a few times and they couldn't help coz it's with Foschini MTN one 2 one department, I have been complaining and no one seems to know what to do or they simply just don't care. Up until today6i can't use the Sim, I've tried it in 5 different phones and the same thing happens I'm unable to make calls or send sms emails nothing I so regret taking up their product
