On the 29/03/2020 i make a payment to foshini group using their Upay app they provide to us when they send their, the following month they told me that the money did not reflect on their accounts. I sent the the proof of payment but they told me that their Electronic Pay Department cannot trace EFT payments with bank statements as proof of payment. i need to go to bank to ask for target detailed report. I went to the bank, the bank told me that bank statement can be provided as a proof of payment. Noone is will yo trace where my payment went and my account is in arrears i will not. Please help.
