Old and broken stock!!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with Foshini Irene Mall, I bought Revlon Powder last week Wednesday, only to get home and find the powder has been opened and completely broken, this caused me to drive all the way back to the Foschini shop the next day and return the Revlon powder, the lady in the make up department made me wait for almost 30minutes while she was helping someone else look for shampoo after she saw that I was waiting she still offered that lady a card and helped her fill in the forms while I am there waiting! I returned the powder and bought a Revlon mascara, when I got home I saw that the mascara has expired!! this is absolutely ridiculous! I will close my account at Foschini and never support them again and will definitely bring this under revlons attention.
