NUMEROUS NUISANCE calls from TFG marketing agents

From monday till Wednesday i received 9 calls from the same number from TFG. The story stays the same. They either want to sell me insurance or a magazine or whatever. Everytime i have to tell them im not interested.

The week before this i receive 12 calls for the exact same thing. Everytime i have to explain myself to some adament person on the other side of the phone on why im not interested and its becoming rediculous.

Firstly since this is a new product or service i never gave anybody in TFG permission to contact me or use my personal details for marketing purposes or as a potential client. Since the inception of the new POPI act i have not received any request from TFG on whether my information may be used going forward.

So the fact that people are still calling me is already a problem in the first place since i didnt consent to my info being used for marketing. Secondly the fact that i received numerous calls for the same issue is bordering on harrassment. I will be reporting the matter to the relevant authorities for the specific issues as metioned above
