NOT WILLING TO SELL THE STOCK

on 18 august i called uthenhagen Foschini as i saw the item i want is only available by that store on Bash , i called the store explained that i want this item and they the only store that's got stock but I'm in cape town how am i going to get it from them they told me they will get back to me they call back the manager said that i must go on bash and see who else have cause they not going to send or 'IBT' it or come in to the store , i then told them HOW?? must i come instore and i told them i looked on BASH .i then decide to go to blue route mall Foschini to see if they can assist the Guy Brandon then told me ok they going to ask the manager and area manager if the store can "IBT" it for me the area manager said they should go ahead that was 19August he said they will deliver it the next week ,i said send me 5 the next week the Friday i called the store to find out if they delivered , NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IM TALKING OF ...AND BRANDON IS NOT IN HE WILL CALL ME THE NEXT DAY , i call the next day cause Brandon never called and then Brandon answers o he will check with them and call me back he calls back and tell me back with some **** n bull story about they waiting for paperwork , i then tell him im not stupid i know they did not placed the order then he said they will send 10 and it will be there the next week by the Wednesday i then call the next week Friday o its not there yet cause there is a delay with the courier cause they also waiting for the courier , i call back a week later AGAIN to find out where is the stock just for him to say O let me go check when he asks the person DONNY receiving the stock if it arrived Donny said O YES ITS I FORGOT ! so if i didn't call the stock would lay there till who knows when, i need the stock i initially ordered 5 the store sends 10 i agree will take it just to come today to collect to find out only 7 is the items i wanted and not the other 3 Not once did Brandon mention its different items , What a disappointment , and a waist of my time , how pathetic it is that these staff have no customer service and sense of urgency there is that store had the stock standing not willing to help or sell it in the beginning, then the next store having a "i don't care attitude " Clearly FOSHINI DONT NEED TO MAKE MONEY !!!
