not satisfied

I have an account with foschini and I live in Virginia in the free state. I went to the store to go pay my account and the staff girls there told me that am no longer allowed to pay nor buy from that store because I once had an altercassion with one of the staff members there and what ever issue we had happened outside the store. The staff member by the name of Vinia Chaka there is dating my little brother and she has an attitude. So she took her personal matters to work whereby she and her friend by the name of Palesa Malimabe whose been working there for years at the Virginia store. So as a customer and someone who know about customer rights I want this matter to be handled Asap because if so I won't be paying for my account and I will take both the store and those girls to court if my account is handed over because I don't know where they expect me to go pay my account because I shop there and other store is in welkom which is far from where is stay. Apparently even my brother's exes also Been given attitude each time they go shop nor pay for their accounts. Those girls service is poor and now we feel like the store will be losing a lot of customers as people have been complaining about their service. But I will speak for myself now. Kindly hmdly the matter or the account will have to pay itself or those ladies will pay for it I would love if I get a response before month end because that's when I pay my account.
