not refunded into my account

Good day<br> <br> i personally ordered from TFG online shopping and only to find out that i dont need the order anymore and called in immediately to cancel the order and they never cancelled it , and it was delivered to me and i sent it back to the sender. the problem is till today the 28th i still havent received my refund back to my account instead they take me from pillar to post. it was returned on the 22nd but my refund is still not refunded yet into my ccount for R561.00 and i am good a loyal customer but the way things goes it really upset me a lot. or its either someone is not doing his/her job
